Let’s talk numbers, shall we?
Women launch businesses faster than any other group, yet they own just 14% of tech companies and hold only 22% of tech roles in corporate spaces.
But there’s hope. While men currently have more AI awareness (38% vs. 23% for women), the gap is closing fast. In 2023, only 11% of U.S. women reported using generative AI—but by 2024, that number tripled to 33%. At this rate, women could reach AI adoption parity by 2025.
These are widely know stats that could be greeted with, "Blah, blah, blah, we’ve heard this before." So have we. And we’re doing something about it.
